Irith went to a Thai cooking class today at A Lot of Thai. It was taught at the home of the teacher, who was a terrific cook, and was very much enjoyed by all. Besides having fun cooking about five different dishes and having a shopping trip at the market, we met great new friends, whom we hope to stay in touch with in the future. Roger, You better send her back for a double lesson on how to handle the knife properly. That first picture scared me – and it better scare you even more!! You guys sure picked the right time to be away from the Washington area. Apparently we live in the snow capital of the country. No bread, no milk, no bananas on the supermarket shelves. Jeez.
